Household Production Worker – Electrolux

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Oława, Żarów, Świdnica, Poland.
Registration city: Świdnica.
Salary:
- Monthly salary: 4,806 PLN gross for 168 working hours.
- All overtime hours are paid with a 50% bonus.
- Night overtime and Saturday work are paid with a 100% bonus.
- Night shifts include an additional 20% allowance.
- After each full month worked, employees may receive a performance bonus of up to 15% (up to 530 PLN).
- An additional 60 PLN per month is paid as compensation for washing work clothing.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8-hour working day.
- First shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
- Night shifts may be required during the busy season.
- During the working day, employees receive three paid breaks: one 20-minute break and two 5-minute breaks.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650–675 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel.
- 3–4 people per room.
- Standard single beds are provided.
- Separate rooms are available for couples.
- Employees must bring their own bed linen.
- Accommodation is within walking distance of the workplace.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Visa-free entry, visa, or residence permit (Karta Pobytu).
Responsibilities:
- Assembling household appliances on the production line (gas and electric cookers, ovens, washing machines, and dishwashers).
- Using an electric screwdriver.
- Installing individual components.
- Connecting cables.
- Checking the quality of finished products.
- Testing finished products.
- Packing finished products.
Additional information:
- Work is performed indoors at a comfortable room temperature.
- The work is performed standing at the conveyor line.
- No heavy lifting is required.
- Meals are at the employee's own expense. A set lunch can be purchased at an affordable price.
- Employees receive 2 days of paid leave for each full month worked. If the leave is not used, compensation is paid after the contract ends.
