Warehouse Worker – Clothing and Cosmetics Warehouse

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Psary.
Salary:
- 25.36 PLN/hour net – standard rate.
- 31.40 PLN/hour net – for students under 26 years old.
Work schedule:
- 5–6 working days per week.
- Days off may fall on weekdays or weekends.
- Working shifts last 8–12 hours.
- Average monthly working time is 200–280 hours.
- Paid breaks are provided during the working day. An 8-hour shift includes one 30-minute break, while a 12-hour shift includes two breaks of 30 and 15 minutes. During sales periods, the number and duration of breaks may change.
8-hour shifts:
- First shift: 07:00–15:00.
- Second shift: 15:00–23:00.
- Third shift: 23:00–07:00.
12-hour shifts:
- First shift: 07:00–19:00.
- Second shift: 19:00–07:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 PLN per month and is automatically deducted from salary.
- Employees who rent accommodation independently receive an additional 2 PLN for every hour worked.
- Accommodation is provided in a house.
- Rooms accommodate 2–4 people.
- Couples are provided with separate rooms.
- The accommodation is furnished with standard single beds.
- It includes everything needed for comfortable living, including Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card (Karta Pobytu).
Additional information:
- The first working day is dedicated to training and occupational health and safety (BHP) instruction.
- Couples are assigned to the same or different departments but have their breaks at the same time.
- Due to safety regulations, wearing jewelry is prohibited. Only a plain wedding ring is allowed, and any piercings must be covered with transparent tape.
- Employees must have work trousers. The upper garment may be personal, black or white, without prints or logos, and must cover the shoulders.
- Water bottles are provided free of charge. Bringing personal drinks is not allowed.
- Bringing personal food is not allowed. Break rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Snacks can also be purchased or catering can be ordered.
- The warehouse temperature ranges from +18°C to +25°C.
- The work involves lightweight goods, so physical effort is minimal. Tasks may be performed while sitting or standing, and some processes require moving around the warehouse.
- The medical examination costs 150 PLN and is automatically deducted from the salary.
- After 5 working days, employees become eligible for salary advances. The average advance is 100–200 PLN per week until the first full salary. Additional advances can be arranged with the coordinator if needed.

- Free transportation to the workplace is provided. The shuttle service operates from Sosnowiec.

- Placing goods in the warehouse.
- Picking customer orders.
- Moving and sorting products.
Pack Process:
- Packing customer orders for shipment.
Put to Light (PTL) Process:
- Sorting orders.
- Placing products into warehouse compartments.
Inout Process:
- Receiving goods.
- Sorting parcels.
- Preparing parcels for shipment.
Stock Control Process:
- Checking product quality.
- Monitoring warehouse stock levels.
- Conducting inventory audits.
