Candidates: Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Łódź.
Salary:
— 21.50 zł/hour for those over 26 years old;
— 22.90 zł/hour for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).
Work schedule:
— 5 days a week;
— Shifts from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00;
— Option to work 12 hours/day.
Accommodation: Housing costs 400 zł/month. Compensation for renting own accommodation +1 zł/hour.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Possible employment under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Responsibilities:
Quality control of finished parts:
— The worker stands by an automated machine that assembles components and checks the quality of the assembled part;
— If a defect is detected, the part needs to be set aside in a special area.
Component assembly:
— Some types of components cannot be assembled by the machine, so the worker manually assembles these parts;
— Additionally, if the machine assembles a defective part, the worker must manually correct and assemble it.
Sorting finished products:
— Finished parts travel along the production line, and the worker sorts them into appropriate categories.
Packaging finished products:
— Sorted components are packed by workers into factory packaging, then organized into boxes and pallets, which are then secured with stretch film.
Additional information:
— Start working immediately after completing training;
— Knowledge of Polish is not required;
— Employer covers taxes and health insurance;
— 200 zł is deducted from the salary for medical examination and safety training.
