Work location: Bełchatów.
Registration location: Łódź.
Salary:
— 22.50 zł/hour for those over 26 years old;
— 23 zł/hour for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate).
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday (Saturday, sometimes working);
— 8–12 hours/day;
— A 15-minute break is provided.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 450 zł/month;
— For students, housing costs 700–800 zł/month;
— Compensation for renting own accommodation is +1.50 zł/hour.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Possible employment under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Requirements:
— Communicative level of Polish language required.
Additional information:
— Transportation is provided from the place of residence to the workplace;
— Smoking is prohibited on the premises;
— Working with piercings, false eyelashes and nails, makeup on the face, and jewelry is prohibited;
— The temperature at the facility is +5 to +7 degrees Celsius;
— During the summer, the temperature at the facility is comfortable;
— The facility has a canteen with a kettle, refrigerator, and lockers for personal belongings;
— Work clothing and footwear cost 150 zł (deducted from the salary; if the employee works less than 2 months, an additional 200 zł is deducted);
— 170 zł is deducted from the first salary for the sanitary booklet;
— The sanitary booklet is valid for 2 years and is given to the employee;
— 80 zł is deducted from the first salary for the medical examination.
Responsibilities:
— Operating machines for toffee production;
— Loading product mass into the machine (80 cm strips of toffee; if the machine gets clogged, it needs to be cleaned to continue production);
— Monitoring the quality of the produced candies to ensure they are well-made and of high quality;
— Overseeing the candy wrapping process;
— Quality control.
