Floating work schedule, 8 - 12 hours/day

Candidates: Men, women, and couples aged 18 to 52.
Work location: Tarnowo Podgórne.
Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for candidates over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for candidates under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old;
- An additional 0.70 zł/hour net is paid for commuting to work independently.
Work schedule:
- 5 - 6 working days per week;
- A rotating day off is provided;
- Shift duration is 8, 10, or 12 hours.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 620 zł/month;
- Compensation for own accommodation: +1.80 zł/hour net;
- It is possible to live with a child;
- Accommodation for a child costs 1000 zł/month, deducted from the salary.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible based on visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit card.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a scanner;
- Collecting items into a cart;
- Operating a computer at a standing desk;
- Packing orders according to established guidelines (choosing the correct box for the item, filling with paper, proper folding of clothing);
- Receiving deliveries;
- Measuring weight and dimensions of items;
- Counting items individually;
- Working with a scanner;
- Placing items on shelves.
Additional information:
- Work is carried out in comfortable conditions at room temperature;
- Free transportation from Poznań to the workplace is provided for employees;
- There is a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks on the warehouse premises;
- Employees can bring their own lunch or purchase light snacks directly at the warehouse;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge if the employee works for more than 6 months;
- The cost of the medical examination is 100 zł and is deducted from the last salary. However, after 6 months of employment, this fee is not charged.
