Candidates: Men up to 45 years old.
City of work: Wyszków.
Salary:
— 22.90 zł/hour for the first month of work;
— 23.40 zł/hour for the second month of work;
— 28.10 zł/hour for students (with a student certificate);
— Additional bonus from the company for meeting performance standards;
— Additional bonus of 150 zł for no absences.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday;
— Work from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00;
— After training, in individual cases, there is an opportunity to work 12 hours/day.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 450 zł/month;
— Compensation for renting your own accommodation +1.50 zł/hour;
— Up to 4 people per room;
— Standard accommodation provided in houses or apartments.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under a visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Additional information:
— Transportation to the workplace by public transport;
— The employer pays taxes and medical insurance;
— Medical examination and safety training cost 200 zł (deducted from salary).
Requirements:
— Communicative level of Polish language required;
— Height of at least 175 cm required.
Responsibilities:
Quality control of finished parts:
— The worker stands by an automated machine that independently assembles components and checks the quality of the assembled part;
— In case of detecting a defect, it must be set aside in a special area.
Assembly of parts:
— There are certain types of components that the machine cannot assemble on its own; in such cases, the worker assembles these parts manually;
— Additionally, as described above, the worker manually assembles a part that the machine assembled with a defect.
Sorting of finished products:
— Finished parts move along the production line, and the worker simply sorts them into the appropriate categories.
Packaging of finished products:
— The sorted components are packed by workers into factory packaging, sorted into boxes, and arranged on pallets, then the pallet is secured with stretch film.
