Warehouse worker for clothing and home goods

Candidates: Men, women, and married couples up to 45 years old.
Work location: Słubice.
Salary:
- Standard rate — 25.10 PLN net per hour.
- Employees with a UDT certificate receive 27.50 PLN net per hour.
- Students under 26 years old receive 33.50 PLN net per hour.
- Students under 26 with a UDT certificate (upon presentation of a valid student certificate) receive 33.90 PLN net per hour.
Work schedule:
- Work is performed 5–6 days a week.
- Working day lasts 8–10 hours.
- First shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
- Day shifts only, with no night shifts.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 PLN per month and is automatically deducted from the salary.
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 500 PLN for each full month worked.
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel.
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.
- All rooms are furnished with standard comfortable beds.
- Separate rooms are available for married couples.
- Transportation between the accommodation and the workplace is organized.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
Receiving Department:
- Unpacking goods.
- Sorting products by category.
- Transferring goods to the appropriate departments.
Pick:
- Picking products according to customer orders.
- Checking the accuracy of picked items.
- Placing products into the appropriate containers.
Pack:
- Packing completed orders.
- Checking the quality of packaging.
- Preparing parcels for transportation.
Shipping (Wysyłka):
- Placing packed goods onto pallets.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch.
Returns (Zwroty):
- Processing returned products.
- Inspecting the condition of returned items.
- Sorting products for resale, repair, or disposal.
Additional information:
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided.
- Work clothes and safety shoes are provided free of charge after completing 14 working days.
- Before starting work, employees must undergo a medical examination and occupational health and safety training. The cost is 120 PLN and is deducted from the first salary.
- Work is performed either standing or while moving, depending on the department.
- The temperature at the warehouse is comfortable, although it may be slightly lower during the winter season.
- The facility has a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks. Employees should bring their own lunch or purchase light snacks on site.
