Candidates: Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Inowrocław.
Registration location: Bydgoszcz.
Salary:
— 21.50 zł/hour without Pit-2 signed;
— 22.50 zł/hour with Pit-2 signed;
— 28.10 zł/hour for students under 26 years old;
— +400 zł bonus;
— +0.5 zł/hour bonus after 6 months of work;
— 4000–5000 zł/month average salary.
Work schedule:
— Floating work schedule;
— 8–10 hours/day;
— Day and night shifts;
— Overtime available;
— 15-minute break provided;
— Average of 170–230 hours/month.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation of +1 zł/hour for private accommodation;
— Housing is within walking distance from the workplace;
— Own bedding and kitchenware required.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— The temperature at the facility is +30 °C;
— Work clothes and shoes are provided for free, but if you work less than 1 month, 150 zł will be deducted from your salary;
— 260 zł is deducted from salary for the medical examination;
— False nails, eyelashes, and jewelry are prohibited during work;
— Must be prepared for physical labor.
Responsibilities:
— Preparing products for shipment;
— Assisting in the production of bakery goods (following recipes, norms, and standards);
— Assisting in the preparation of raw materials for baking;
— Packing bread;
— Preparing trays and molds;
— Working with scales;
— Preparing dough for various types of bread;
— Cleaning and washing the production area.
