Work location: Inowrocław.
Registration location: Bydgoszcz.
Salary:
- 24.50 zł/hour net upon signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under the age of 26 (with a valid student certificate);
- Monthly bonuses of up to 400 zł are available;
- After 6 months of employment, the hourly rate may be increased by 0.50 zł/hour. The final decision regarding the pay increase is made by the coordinator based on work performance.
Work schedule:
- Shift-based work schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working shift lasts from 8 to 10 hours;
- Work is organized in day and night shifts;
- There is an opportunity to take additional hours and increase earnings;
- A paid 15-minute break is provided during the shift;
- Couples work different shifts, so a shared schedule is not guaranteed;
- On average, employees can work from 170 to 230 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł per month, and the amount is deducted from the salary;
- Rooms accommodate 3- 4 people;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- You need to bring your own bed linen;
- Two accommodation options are available. One is located close to the bakery, while the other is about a 30 minute walk from the workplace. The accommodation assigned depends on availability at the time of arrival.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Work is performed at production tables, near ovens, and dough mixing machines, depending on the production process;
- The temperature at the facility is maintained at approximately +30;
- The job involves physical work. Men may be required to load bags of flour into the dough mixing machine, with each bag weighing up to 25 kg. Women may place finished products into crates, for example up to 20 loaves of bread. A fully loaded crate weighs approximately 10 - 13 kg;
- Wearing jewelry, as well as having artificial nails or eyelash extensions, is not allowed during work;
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the company premises, including during breaks;
- Work clothing and safety shoes are provided free of charge. If the employment period is less than one month, 150 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination costs 260 zł, and the amount is deducted from the salary.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing products for shipment;
- Assisting in the production of bakery goods (following recipes, norms, and standards);
- Assisting in the preparation of raw materials for baking;
- Packing bread;
- Preparing trays and molds;
- Working with scales;
- Preparing dough for various types of bread;
- Cleaning and washing the production area.
