Salary:
— 20.60 zł/hour net in the packaging department;
— 21.10 zł/hour net in the filleting department;
— 24.30 zł/hour net in the hanging department;
— 21.40 zł/hour net in the evisceration department, after 3 months 22.40 zł/hour net;
— 20.60 zł/hour net in the warehouse;
— 21.10 zł/hour net for washing boxes, with a 200 zł bonus;
— 100-700 zł/month bonuses depending on hours worked;
— 4500-7000 zł/month average salary;
— +100 zł for working more than 240 hours/month;
— +200 zł for working more than 300 hours/month;
— +0.50 zł/hour for those who have worked for more than 6 months.
Work schedule:
— Floating schedule;
— 12–14 hours/day;
— Shifts start at 06:00, 08:00, 11:00;
— Day shifts (only washing department has night shifts);
— In the slaughtering and evisceration department, shifts last 6-8 hours starting at 03:00 or 04:00, followed by a 3-4 hour break, then return to finish the shift;
— On average, 220-300 hours/month.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 350 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation for personal housing rental +1 zł/hour.
— If working in the evisceration and hanging department, housing in Solec Kujawski;
— If working in the washing department, employer-provided housing.
