Work location: Goleniów.
Registration location: Szczecin.
Salary:
— 4500–5500 zł/month net average salary.
Rates for employees with their own accommodation:
— 23.50 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed;
— 22.50 zł/hour net without Pit-2 signed;
— 29.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old.
Rates for employees living in company-provided accommodation:
— 21.50 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed;
— 20.70 zł/hour net without Pit-2 signed;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday is a workday);
— Day off on Sunday;
— Overtime available;
— Two breaks of 10–20 minutes provided;
— Average of 220–240 hours/month.
Sausage department shifts:
— First shift: 05:00–13:00;
— Second shift: 13:00–21:00.
Packaging department shifts:
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary).
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— Workplace temperature is +10 to +15 degrees Celsius;
— Men work in a section with a temperature of +3 to +5 degrees Celsius;
— Free work clothing provided (shoes, warm sweater, thin white uniform);
— 1 free meal provided;
— 150 zł deducted from salary for medical examination and sanitary book;
— No prior work experience or knowledge of Polish required;
— Commute by public transport.
Responsibilities:
Packaging Department:
— Packing products;
— Producing sausages and cold cuts;
— Preparing sausage stuffing;
— Packing and preparing boxes;
— Operating machines;
— Labeling products;
— Weighing products;
— Quality control of products;
— Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
For men:
— Stacking products in boxes on pallets;
— Working in the warehouse (loading products into vehicles);
— Preparing legs, wings, and sausages for smoking;
— Transporting pallets between warehouses;
— Collecting plastic boxes for washing.
