Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Workplace: Kowale.
Registration city: Gdańsk.
Salary:
— 22 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed;
— 21 zł/hour net without Pit-2 signed;
— +2.50 zł/hour net night shift bonus;
— +1 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students under 26;
— 30 zł/hour net for Saturday work;
— +315 zł attendance bonus;
— +700 zł performance bonus;
— 4500–5500 zł/month average salary.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Saturday;
— First shift from 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift from 14:00–22:00;
— Third shift from 22:00–06:00;
— Saturday shift from 08:00–14:00;
— First two weeks of training in day shifts, then transition to night shifts;
— First two shifts rotate weekly;
— Night shift workers have a fixed schedule and do not work on Saturdays.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation for personal housing rental +1 zł/hour net;
— Must have own bedding and dishes.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Additional information:
— Transportation to the workplace by public transport;
— Good manual skills required;
— Smoking is prohibited on the premises;
— Must have own work clothes;
— Must have own work shoes initially, shoes will be provided by the employer later (if the employee does not work for at least one month, the cost of the shoes will be deducted from the salary).
Requirements:
— Minimum level of Polish language is required.
Responsibilities:
— Working with a scanner (in Polish and Ukrainian);
— Collecting orders based on the invoice;
— Verifying product accuracy with the label;
— Packing products into boxes, following instructions;
— Assembling products on a cart for shipment;
— Women collect smaller-sized orders;
— Men collect larger-sized orders.
