Salary:
— 22.70–23.50 zł/hour net;
— 23 zł/hour net for working 160–180 hours/month;
— 23.50 zł/hour net for working over 180 hours/month.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Saturday;
— First shift from 06:00–14:15;
— Second shift from 14:15–22:30;
— 30-minute break provided for an 8-hour workday;
— Two breaks of 15–30 minutes for a 12-hour workday.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— Work processes take place on the production line;
— Work is done both standing and sitting;
— Temperature at the facility is +14 to +16 degrees;
— Free work clothes and shoes provided by the employer;
— Free hot beverages provided;
— The facility has a canteen, changing rooms, and a designated smoking area;
— Sanitary book costs 180 zł (deducted from the first salary);
— Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
— Transportation to the workplace from Kalisz is provided at a cost of 250 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Public transportation is also available to the workplace.
Responsibilities:
— Stuffing small peppers with mozzarella;
— Quality control of products;
— Sorting, labeling, packing, and weighing products;
— Placing herring fillets in plastic containers and preparing for sauce filling (no fish processing involved);
— Preparing raw materials for mixing sauces;
— Producing and mixing mayonnaise and other sauces in an industrial machine.
