Candidates: Men and women up to 45 years old.
Workplace: Radzymin.
Salary:
— 23 zł/hour net;
— +0.80 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— 4000–5500 zł/month average salary;
— 300 zł bonus for consistent attendance and diligent performance of duties.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Saturday;
— First shift from 00:00–07:00;
— Second shift from 15:00–22:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing not provided;
— Compensation for personal housing rental +2 zł/hour net
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— Work clothes and shoes are provided by the employer;
— Medical support is provided during the employment period;
— Advances can be arranged once a month (typically on the 10th, after a minimum of 5 shifts);
— Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account;
— In case of termination, all financial settlements are made during the monthly payroll period for the previous calendar month.
Responsibilities:
— Assisting the courier with loading and unloading trucks (placing parcels into baskets);
— Verifying the weight of parcels, labeling;
— Sorting parcels based on delivery direction, with parcel weight up to 30 kg;
— Stacking sorted parcels on pallets;
— Moving loads on pallets using a trolley.
