Candidates: Men and women aged 20 to 45 years old.
Workplace: Robakowo.
Salary:
— 22 zł/hour net;
— +0.80 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— Average salary from, 4576 zł/month;
— 300 zł bonus for consistent attendance and diligent performance of duties.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Tuesday: 11:00–21:00, 00:00–09:00;
— Wednesday: 12:00–21:00, 00:00–08:00;
— Thursday to Friday: 14:00–21:00, 01:00–08:00;
— Work start times may vary depending on warehouse workload.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— No compensation for personal housing rental;
— 2-3-4 people per room;
— Accommodation provided in the suburbs of Poznań (Lubon).
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
— Assisting the courier with unloading and loading trucks (placing parcels into baskets);
— Verifying parcel weights;
— Labeling parcels;
— Sorting parcels by delivery direction, with parcels weighing up to 30 kg;
— Stacking sorted parcels on pallets;
— Moving pallets using a trolley.
Additional information:
— Free transportation to the workplace is provided;
— Work clothes are provided;
— Free medical support during the employment period;
— Advances are available once a month upon agreement (typically on the 10th, after a minimum of 5 shifts);
— Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account;
— Upon termination, all financial settlements are processed during the monthly payroll period for the previous calendar month.
