Salary:
— 21.50 zł/hour net;
— +0.80 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— 3800–4750 zł/month average salary.
Work schedule:
— Work hours from 00:00–08:00;
— Work start times may vary depending on warehouse workload.
Accommodation:
— Housing not provided;
— Compensation for personal housing rental +2 zł/hour net.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— Work clothes and shoes are provided;
— Transportation allowance +0.75 zł/hour for commuting by public transport;
— Must be willing to work night shifts;
— Free medical support during the employment period;
— Advances are available once a month upon agreement (typically on the 10th, after at least 5 shifts);
— Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous calendar month's work;
— In case of termination, all financial settlements are processed during the payroll period for the previous calendar month.
Responsibilities:
— Assisting the courier with unloading and loading trucks (placing parcels into baskets);
— Verifying parcel weights;
— Labeling parcels;
— Sorting parcels by delivery direction, with parcels weighing up to 30 kg (for men only);
— Stacking sorted parcels on pallets;
— Moving pallets using a trolley.
