Candidates: Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.
Workplace: Swarzędz.
Salary:
— 22 zł/hour net;
— +0.80 zł/hour net;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— 3696 zł/month minimum salary.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday;
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing not provided;
— No compensation for personal housing rental.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
For women:
— Cleaning office spaces;
— Cleaning common areas;
— Cleaning warehouse areas.
For men:
— Cleaning in the factory;
— Removing waste;
— Cleaning equipment;
— Mopping floors with a cleaning machine;
— Ensuring the production and social areas meet aesthetic and hygiene standards (twice a week);
— Cleaning the external areas of the factory (three times a week).
Additional information:
— 150 zł will be deducted from the first salary for a Polish sanitary book;
— Work clothes and shoes are provided;
— Free medical support is provided during the employment period;
— Advances are available once a month upon agreement (typically on the 10th, after at least 5 shifts);
— Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account;
— In case of termination, all financial settlements are processed during the payroll period for the previous calendar month.
Requirements:
— Communicative level of Polish is required.
