Candidates: Men and women aged 20 to 45 years.
Workplace: Pass (near Błonie).
Salary:
— 3680 zł/month net average salary;
— +0.80 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— +3.60 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— Performance-based bonuses available.
Work schedule:
— Sunday to Friday;
— Training period: 14:00–22:00;
— After training: 14:00–02:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— No compensation for personal housing rental;
— 2 to 4 people per room;
— Accommodation provided in a hostel.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
— Monitoring employee attendance;
— Training new employees;
— Coordinating current employees;
— Resolving work-related issues and situations on-site.
Additional information:
— Unpaid training is required before starting work, lasting two days;
— Having your own car is preferred;
— The employer compensates fuel expenses;
— Ability to work well in a team is required;
— Stress resistance is necessary;
— Experience as a foreman is preferred;
— Work clothes and shoes are provided;
— Free medical support is provided;
— Polish sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
— Advances are available once a month upon agreement (typically on the 10th, after at least 5 shifts);
— Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account;
— In case of termination, all financial settlements are processed during the payroll period for the previous calendar month.
Requirements:
— A valid category B driving license is required;
— Communicative level of Polish is required;
— Experience as a warehouse picker is required.
