Clothing and stationery warehouse worker

400 - 750 zł/month
Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Workplace: Pruszcz Gdański.
Registration city: Gdańsk.
Salary:
— 23 zł/hour net;
— 30 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate);
— +1 zł/hour net for working at least 220 hours/month.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday (Saturdays are sometimes workdays);
— First shift from 06:00–18:00;
— Second shift from 18:00–06:00;
— Two breaks of 10–20 minutes (breaks after every 4 hours of work);
— For new employees, work only during the first shift during the adaptation period;
— Access to restroom or water as needed.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Housing for students costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
— Compensation for renting your own housing +1 zł/hour net.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Duties:
— Unloading and loading parcels;
— Assembling cardboard boxes;
— Wrapping with foil;
— Stacking boxes on pallets (maximum height 2 meters, weight up to 25 kilograms);
— Possible work with a scanner and electric cart.
Additional information:
— The warehouse is small;
— No external odors or noise in the warehouse;
— Work processes take place at room temperature;
— The break room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator;
— Each worker has their own locker in the changing room;
— 150 zł is deducted from the first salary for the medical examination;
— Work clothing and footwear (pants, T-shirt, pullover, helmet) are provided for free by the employer if working for at least 2 months (otherwise 300 zł is deducted from the salary);
— UDT certificate is provided at the employer's expense if working for at least 3 months (otherwise 180 zł is deducted from the salary);
— Training is conducted in Ukrainian or Polish;
— Transportation to the workplace is not provided;
— Compensation for self-transport to the workplace in the amount of +1 zł/hour.
