Salary:
— 23–27 zł/hour net;
— 32–36 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate);
— Possibility of receiving bonuses;
— Payment details discussed individually during the interview.
Work schedule:
— Must be prepared to work in a four-shift system;
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
— Third shift: 22:00–06:00;
— Option for overtime work.
Accommodation:
— Housing not provided;
— Compensation for private rental of +1.50 zł/hour net.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.

— Sanitary book costs 170 zł (deducted from the first salary);
— The sanitary book is valid for two years;
— Medical examination covered by the employer if employed for at least 6 months (otherwise, 150 zł is deducted from the last salary);
— Employer assists with obtaining a residence card.
Requirements:
— Communicative level of Polish language required;
— Experience in production work required;
— Experience in managing a team required.
Responsibilities:
— Maintaining documentation;
— Organizing and overseeing the work of the department to ensure timely achievement of production plans;
— Ensuring compliance with and improvement of current standards (OHS, BRC, IFS), as well as behavior, safety, and ethical norms;
— Collaborating with other company departments;
— Reporting to the production manager;
— Identifying and implementing solutions to improve work efficiency, product quality, reduce production costs, and minimize waste.
