Registration location: Katowice.
Salary:
- 24.60 PLN net/hour.
- 31.40 PLN net/hour for students under 26 years old.
- Performance bonuses are available for high-quality work.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Sunday.
- 12-hour shifts.
- First shift: 06:00–18:00.
- Second shift: 18:00–06:00.
- Days off depend on the factory and may vary. At the older factory, the day off may fall on any day of the week, while at the new factory it is usually Saturday or Sunday.
- Two 15-minute breaks are provided during each shift.
- Employees work an average of 230–290 hours per month, depending on production needs.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 22 PLN per day (deducted from salary).
- For students, accommodation costs 25 PLN per day (deducted from salary).
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN gross for every hour worked.
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment.
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.
- Separate rooms are available for couples.
- The accommodation is furnished with standard single beds.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card are accepted.
Responsibilities:
- The work is performed in a standing position.
- Working temperatures vary depending on the department: about +20 °C in the bakery, around +30 °C in the pancake production area, and approximately +5 °C in the packing department.
- For women, a full box usually weighs 12–15 kg and occasionally (once every 3–4 hours) up to 20 kg. For men, the weight is usually 20–30 kg and occasionally (once every 3–4 hours) up to 50 kg.
- Loose hair and wearing any jewellery are prohibited in the production area.
- Work clothes and safety shoes are provided free of charge. If they are not returned upon leaving the job, a fee of 300 PLN will be charged.
- Employees travel to work independently. The workplace can be reached on foot or by public transport. Public transport within the city is free of charge.
- The medical examination costs 180 PLN. If the employee does not work for at least 3 months, this amount is deducted from the salary.
- The sanitary book costs 220 PLN. If the employee does not work for at least 3 months, its cost is deducted from the salary.
- Insurance costs 97 PLN per month (deducted from salary). This applies only to students under 26 years old.
- Employees can receive the company's products free of charge every day.
- Company products can also be purchased at discounted prices. Available products include pizza, pasta, dumplings, potato dumplings, pancakes, lasagna, croquettes, and casseroles.
