Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Work location: Kutno.
Registration location: Łódź.
Salary:
— 25.50 zł/hour net;
— 34.61 zł/hour net for students (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday;
— 12 hours/day;
— During the first two weeks of training, workdays are 8 hours;
— 8-hour shifts: one 20-minute break;
— 12-hour shifts: one 15-minute break and two 20-minute breaks;
— Average 200–240 hours/month.
During training:
— First shift: 06:00–14:00;
— Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
— Third shift: 22:00–06:00.
After training:
— First shift: 06:00–18:00;
— Second shift: 18:00–06:00.
Accommodation:
— Housing not provided;
— Private rental compensation +1 zł/hour (not available for students).
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible under visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Responsibilities:
— Handling the movement and stacking of goods in a high-bay warehouse;
— Ensuring proper placement of goods to maintain safety and optimize space utilization.
Requirements:
— Mandatory UDT First Category Certificate;
— Prior experience operating forklifts is required.
Additional information:
— A two-week training is required before starting work;
— Operations take place in the tallest warehouse using narrow-aisle reach trucks;
— Employer provides training for those without prior reach truck experience;
— Free work clothes provided by the employer;
— Medical examination costs 100 zł;
— Psychological tests cost 250 zł (including Orzeczenie Psychologiczne and lab test reports);
— Payment for medical and psychological tests can be split over two months if employed for more than a month;
— Wearing jewelry is prohibited (except for wedding rings);
— Employees with painted nails must wear gloves;
— Facilities include a kitchen (fridge, vending machines for food and drinks), locker room (lockable cabinets), designated smoking area, and a phone call zone.
