Salary:
Payment for the position of packer:
- 24.47 zł/hour net for people after 26 years old;
- 25.37 zł/hour net for people under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).
After one or two months of work, there is an opportunity to move to another position:
- 36.70 zł/hour gross for the position of foreman;
- 35.50 zł/hour gross for the position of warehouse worker;
- 35 zł/hour gross for quality control.
Work schedule:
- Four working days, two days off;
- First shift: 07:00 - 17:00;
- Second shift: 17:00 - 02:00 (may end earlier depending on workload);
- Two 20-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid);
- Overtime available;
- On average, 168 hours/month.
Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Housing located in Legnica;
- 3 - 4 people per room;
- Separate room provided for couples.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted standing;
- No fixed work schedule;
- Work clothing (cap, apron, gloves, shoes with a plastic toe cap) is provided free of charge if at least one month of work is completed (otherwise, 100 zł is deducted from the salary);
- A sanitary book costs 252 zł (cash needed);
- Working with piercings and jewelry is prohibited;
- If a work shift ends at 02:00, employees can organize group taxi orders, and the cost is reimbursed by the employer;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 120 zł/month;
- Physical activity is required;
- Workplace temperature: +22 degrees Celsius;
- No prior work experience or knowledge of Polish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing tomatoes on a conveyor belt;
- Preparing products for shipment to supermarkets;
- Transporting tomatoes from the warehouse to production lines;
- Packaging products according to instructions;
- Labeling finished products;
- Wrapping pallets with film using specialized equipment;
- Performing additional tasks in production and warehouse areas;
- Preparing and assembling clean boxes;
- Placing finished products into boxes.
