Candidates: Women up to 50 years old.
Work city: Legnica.
Registration city: Wrocław.
Salary:
— 22.50 zł/hour net;
— 21 zł/hour net if annual income exceeds 30,000 zł;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with a student certificate).
Work schedule:
— Four working days, two days off;
— First shift: 07:00–17:00;
— Second shift: 17:00–02:00 (may end earlier depending on workload);
— Two 20-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid);
— Overtime available;
— On average, 168 hours/month.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 300 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
— Compensation for private housing: 300 zł/month;
— Housing located in Legnica;
— 3–4 people per room;
— Separate room provided for couples.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— Work processes are conducted standing;
— No fixed work schedule;
— Work clothing (cap, apron, gloves, shoes with a plastic toe cap) is provided free of charge if at least one month of work is completed (otherwise, 100 zł is deducted from the salary);
— Medical examination is covered by the employer if at least one month of work is completed (otherwise, 200 zł is deducted from the salary);
— Working with piercings and jewelry is prohibited;
— If a work shift ends at 02:00, employees can organize group taxi orders, and the cost is reimbursed by the employer;
— Transportation to the workplace costs 120 zł/month;
— Minimum height requirement: 180 cm;
— Physical activity is required;
— Workplace temperature: +22 degrees Celsius;
— Experience with standard carts is required;
— No prior work experience or knowledge of Polish is required.
Responsibilities:
— Sorting and packing tomatoes on a conveyor belt;
— Preparing products for shipment to supermarkets;
— Transporting tomatoes from the warehouse to production lines;
— Packaging products according to instructions;
— Labeling finished products;
— Wrapping pallets with film using specialized equipment;
— Performing additional tasks in production and warehouse areas;
— Preparing and assembling clean boxes;
— Placing finished products into boxes.
