Candidates: Men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old.
Work city: Legnica.
Registration city: Wałbrzych.
Salary:
— 22.08 zł/hour net for those over 26 years old;
— 22.69 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old;
— 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with a student certificate);
— 32.22 zł/hour gross for high efficiency (possible transfer to another process).
Work schedule:
— Four working days, two days off;
— First shift: 07:00–17:00;
— Second shift: 17:00–02:00;
— Overtime available;
— Two 20-minute breaks for 8–10-hour shifts (one paid, one unpaid);
— Additional 20-minute break for 12-hour shifts.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
— A deposit of 200 zł is required before moving in.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
— Packing packaged goods into boxes;
— Placing boxes on pallets;
— Distributing and labeling products;
— Preparing clean boxes for further use;
— Packing tomatoes into containers;
— Quality control of products;
— Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
— Following labeling and waste sorting regulations.
Additional information:
— Work is conducted in a clean and comfortable facility;
— No heavy lifting required (one box of tomatoes weighs 5 kg);
— Having a UDT certificate is an advantage, but not mandatory;
— Production experience is welcomed;
— Must have a willingness to work;
— Ready to work 10–12 hours per day;
— Transportation to the workplace is not provided;
— Initial own work clothing required;
— Work shoes provided at the start of employment;
— After one month, employees receive a company T-shirt and jacket;
— A canteen is available on-site;
— A sanitary book costs 170 zł (paid upfront).
