Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.
Work location: Żywiec, Poland.
Salary:
— 24 zł/hour net under the new Polish Ład law;
— 30.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday is a working day);
— During training, you can choose the duration of the working day – 8 or 12 hours.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
— First shift from 05:50–13:50;
— Second shift from 13:50–21:50;
— Third shift from 21:50–05:50.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
— First shift from 05:50–17:50;
— Second shift from 17:50–05:50.
Accommodation:
— Housing costs 18 zł/day (deducted from the salary);
— Additional payment for own rented accommodation +1 zł/hour;
— A separate room is provided for a married couple;
— 2–3 people per room;
— Personal bedding is required (blankets and pillows are provided).
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Possible employment under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
— There are no harmful odors on the company premises;
— Work clothing is provided free of charge, except for a t-shirt, which costs 20 zł;
— The premises are clean and maintain a comfortable temperature;
— There is a canteen on the premises;
— Commute to the workplace by public transport or on foot.
Responsibilities:
— Checking for tightness;
— Wrapping parts with insulating tape;
— Visual inspection of parts for integrity;
— Detecting defects;
— Marking parts with a marker.
Forming process (for men):
— Placing rubber hoses into special thermoforms, where steam is used to achieve the required shape (no direct contact with steam).
Plastic tip assembly process (for women):
— Placing tubes into special clamps;
— Positioning plastic tips in the machine;
— Pressing the “Start” button, after which the automatic connection of parts occurs.
Important:
— Minimum employment period is 3 months.
