Candidates: Women, married couples under 50 years old.
Work location: Preljubishte, Macedonia.
Salary:
— Average salary is €500/month.
Work schedule:
— Monday to Saturday;
— Working hours: 07:30 AM—03:30 PM;
— Overtime available if you want to earn more;
— Lunch breaks are provided during the workday to rest and regain energy.
Accommodation:
— Free accommodation is provided;
— You will live directly on the nursery premises, so there’s no need to commute—it’s all nearby and very convenient;
— Three people per room;
— The accommodation includes a washing machine, refrigerator, and storage space;
— Each person has one drawer in the room. If you need more storage, you can simply ask for an extra shelf. They care about your comfort and are always ready to help;
— There are two large wardrobes in the hallway for storing work clothes;
— Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are located near the accommodation, so everything you need is close at hand.
Required documents: Work permit.
Additional information:
— The nursery covers an area of 350 hectares;
— Work takes place outdoors with beautiful scenery;
— Salary is paid on the 15th of each month;
— Work clothing is provided free of charge;
— No heavy lifting required. All processes are automated;
— Knowledge of the language is not mandatory. If you understand a little English, it will help at the beginning. But even without it, you’ll manage, as Macedonian is easy to get used to;
— A 20-day collective vacation is provided. It may be extended during New Year if the weather is very cold;
— Additional days off can be discussed individually;
— Regular transportation is available to the nearby major cities of Skopje and Tetovo;
— The work environment is friendly and comfortable;
— No previous experience is required;
— The job is simple, straightforward, and all necessary training will be provided on-site.
Responsibilities:
— You will need to plant, transplant, and weed the plants;
— Collect pots and assist with other simple tasks in the nursery.
