Candidates: Men and women up to 45 years of age.
Place of work: Kąty Wrocławskie.
Place of registration: Wrocław.
Salary:
- 23.53 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signing;
- 25.53 zł/hour net for drivers;
- 30.50 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years (with student ID);
- Additional bonus for efficiency and productivity is provided;
- Additional allowance of 2 zł for drivers.
Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:00;
- One day off after every six working days;
- Average of 200 hours/month;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day.
Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 930 zł/month, which is deducted from your salary;
- If you commute to work independently, you will receive an additional 100 zł per month;
- Accommodation is provided in flats and houses;
- Rooms accommodate 2-4 people;
- Married couples are provided with a separate room;
- You must have your own bed linen.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.
Required documents: Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, residence card.
Additional information:
- Work takes place in a modern clothing warehouse with good conditions;
- Orders are collected using a scanner that supports several languages;
- Productivity standards are introduced gradually. No standards are set on the first day. On the second day, you need to reach 50 per cent of the target, on the third day 65 per cent, on the fourth day 80 per cent, and on the fifth day 90 per cent. From the sixth day onwards, you are expected to meet the full target.
- During order picking, you need to collect between 90 and 100 items. During storage, between 225 and 250 items.
- You must bring your own food. There is a canteen with a refrigerator on the warehouse premises.
- Transport to work is provided by company cars. Transport is not provided for those who live in their own accommodation.
- It is forbidden to bring any personal belongings into the production area except for registered work devices.
- Temporary accommodation is provided in Wrocław for the registration period, the cost of which is 100 zł and will be deducted from your first salary;
- An advance payment of 300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salaries are paid on the 15th of each month to your bank account for the previous month's work.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting goods for shipment to customers;
- Placing returned clothing on shelves;
- Packing and completing orders according to the list from the online store;
- Working with a scanner with graphic prompts;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
