Rotating work schedule, 12 hours per day

Candidates: Men, women, and couples aged 25 to 60.
Place of work: Mikołajki.
Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net (base rate);
- +2 zł/hour net for efficient work performance with no absences.
Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- A day off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The workday is 12 hours.
Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- You can move in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in that case, you must pay for the first week’s accommodation yourself.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime, with a visa, or with a residence permit.
Requirements:
- Basic experience of working in a kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and chopping vegetables;
- Preparing salads, pancakes and simple pre-prepared dishes;
- Assisting chefs with food preparation;
- Handing prepared dishes to waiters;
- Washing crockery and kitchen equipment;
- Keeping the kitchen and storeroom clean;
- Carrying out general kitchen duties.
Additional Information:
- Before starting work, you will need to obtain a health certificate costing 100–120 zł. Assistance with the application process is provided, and the costs will be reimbursed along with your salary;
- Initially, you’ll need to provide your own work clothes. After completing the probationary period, you’ll be provided with all the necessary clothing for your work;
- Commute to work via public transportation.
