Cosmetics Production Worker

Candidates: Women up to 55 years old.
Work location: Český Krumlov.
Salary:
- The basic salary is approximately CZK 24,850 gross per month;
- Depending on the number of hours worked, bonuses, and allowances, monthly earnings can reach up to CZK 33,000 net;
- A performance bonus of up to 10% of the salary is provided;
- An additional CZK 15 per hour is paid for work on the afternoon shift;
- Night work is paid with an additional 20% of the average earnings;
- Overtime work is paid with a 60% bonus on top of the average hourly rate;
- Work on weekends is additionally paid at 20% of the average earnings.
Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday;
- Shift duration is 8 hours;
- Work is organized in three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00;
- A paid 30-minute break is provided during the shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs CZK 8,000 per month, of which CZK 5,000 is paid by the employee and CZK 3,000 is compensated.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible based on visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit card.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Czech language and the ability to write using the Latin alphabet are required.
Additional information:
- It is important to be attentive to details, work accurately, and approach responsibilities with a responsible attitude;
- Good health, manual dexterity, and readiness to work in shifts are required;
- The work takes place in a clean, modern, and safe environment;
- The facility maintains a comfortable room temperature throughout the year;
- Meals are not provided, but lunch can be purchased on site;
- Partial compensation for meal expenses is available;
- Transportation costs are reimbursed up to 60 CZK for each day worked;
- Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid annual leave.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of finished products;
- Packing and assembling products;
- Following production standards and work instructions.
