Clothing Warehouse Worker for an Online Store

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 47 years old.
Work location: Świebodzin.
Salary:
- 25.36 PLN/hour net;
- 31.40 PLN/hour net for students;
- Additional bonuses of up to 1,800 PLN are available, depending on individual performance and production results.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Saturday;
- Shifts lasting 8–10–12 hours;
- Two-shift system: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00;
- During periods of increased workload, especially seasonal sales, night shifts may be introduced and working hours may be extended up to 12 hours per day;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the shift, including 15 paid minutes, with an additional 15-minute paid break available;
- The average monthly workload is 180–210 working hours.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 720 PLN per month;
- Employees who rent accommodation independently receive an additional 2.34 PLN for each hour worked. The transportation cost to work is 170 PLN per month;
- A one-time accommodation preparation and reservation fee of 100 PLN is deducted from the first salary;
- Travel time to work depends on the accommodation location. From Zielona Góra, transportation takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, while from Świebodzin the workplace can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes.
Type of contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible based on visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and packing new clothing at a workstation;
- Working with a scanner and computer;
- Checking products for compliance and quality;
- Attaching tags and labeling products;
- Entering product information into the system.
Additional information:
- Starting from the second month of work, employees receive a meal allowance of 10 PLN for each day worked. The Smart Lunch program is also available for ordering meals. If the cost of the selected meal exceeds the established limit, the difference must be paid by the employee;
- A comfortable room temperature of approximately +20°C is maintained in the warehouse throughout the year;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge; however, employees must have their own trousers and work shoes;
- The medical examination costs 150 PLN and is deducted from the first salary;
- Working conditions are comfortable, as the warehouse is heated and the indoor temperature remains at room level.
