Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old.
Work location: Pisz.
Salary:
- The rate is 25.36 PLN net per hour for the first 112 worked hours per month. Starting from the 113th hour, the rate is 22.68 PLN net per hour;
- For workers under 26 years of age, the rate is 25.36 PLN net per hour;
- For students under 26 years of age, with a valid student certificate, the rate is 31.40 PLN net per hour.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Shifts last 8 hours;
- First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00;
- Overtime hours are available upon agreement with the coordinator or supervisor;
- A paid 20-minute break is provided every 4 hours of work;
- Approximately 180 working hours per month are guaranteed. On average, employees work 230 or more hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost is 350 PLN per month;
- Employees live in comfortable apartments;
- Rooms accommodate 2 or 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds;
- Bed linen and necessary kitchenware are provided;
- Most apartments are located close to the workplace, only a 5–7 minute walk away. The farthest accommodation is approximately a 20-minute walk from work, therefore company transportation is not provided.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible based on visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit (Karta Pobytu).
Responsibilities:
- Loading wooden boards and panels into production equipment;
- Sorting wood and plywood materials;
- Preparing materials for further processing;
- Stacking and arranging finished products;
- Assisting at various stages of the production process;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
- Following occupational health and safety regulations.
Additional Information:
- The work involves handling and moving wooden materials;
- Applicants should not have any medical restrictions that would prevent them from performing physical work;
- Before starting work, each employee undergoes training and a detailed safety briefing;
- The job does not involve heavy physical exertion and is performed at a steady and comfortable pace;
- Duties may vary depending on the production area. Work is carried out at production lines, workstations, or other manufacturing processes. Some departments require more movement throughout the shift;
- The company provides stable employment and a large number of working hours;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained at the production facility throughout the year.
