Warehouse Worker (Automotive Parts Warehouse)

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 44 years old.
Work location: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
Salary:
- The rate is 25.36 PLN net per hour for the first 112 worked hours per month. Starting from the 113th hour, the rate is 22.68 PLN net per hour;
- For workers under 26 years of age, the rate is 25.36 PLN net per hour;
- For students under 26 years of age, with a valid student certificate, the rate is 31.40 PLN net per hour;
- Additional performance bonuses of up to 3,000 PLN per month are available;
- The final salary depends on the number of hours worked, the amount of bonuses received, and the employee's age. Real examples of monthly earnings after taxes and deductions are 6 300 PLN, 6 800 PLN, 7 081 PLN, 7 134 PLN, and 8 100 PLN.
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working shifts last 10–12 hours;
- Work is performed exclusively during night shifts. The shift starts at 22:00;
- On average, employees work 200–240 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 PLN per month;
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own receive an additional allowance of 100 PLN for each fully worked month;
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- Rooms accommodate 2 or 4 people;
- The accommodation is equipped with comfortable beds;
- Separate new accommodation is provided for Ukrainian citizens;
- The distance from the accommodation to the workplace is approximately 15 km. Transportation to and from work is provided.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible based on visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit (Karta Pobytu).
Additional Information:
- Work clothing is provided free of charge;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained in the warehouse throughout the year;
- The warehouse offers stable employment and a high number of working hours;
- Knowledge of either Ukrainian or Russian is sufficient, as the scanners are available in these languages;
- Employees are expected to be responsible, attentive, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast paced environment;
- It is important to follow warehouse rules and complete assigned tasks on time;
- The maximum lifting weight can reach up to 30 kg, although the actual weight depends on the type of product and order;
- There are no penalties or salary deductions for lower productivity;
- Meals are not provided, but there is a canteen and vending machines with drinks and snacks on site. Employees may also bring their own food;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 200 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a scanner;
- Searching for automotive parts in the warehouse;
- Picking and assembling orders according to requests;
- Scanning and checking products;
- Preparing goods for further warehouse processing;
- Verifying the accuracy of completed orders;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
- Following health, safety, and workplace regulations.
