Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Žďár nad Sázavou.
Salary:
- 160 Kč/hour gross regular rate;
- 32000 - 34000 Kč/month gross average salary.
Work schedule:
Working Schedule for 8-Hour Shifts:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The shift duration is 8 hours;
- Work is carried out in three shifts, including day and night shifts;
- A 30-minute break is provided during each shift.
Working Schedule for 12-Hour Shifts:
- The shift duration is 12 hours;
- Three consecutive working days from 06:00 to 18:00, followed by 2 days off;
- Two consecutive working days from 18:00 to 06:00, followed by 3 days off;
- Two 30-minute breaks are provided during each shift.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 930 Kč per month and is automatically deducted from the salary;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels or dormitories;
- Four people live in each room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- The location of the accommodation depends on availability. If it is located nearby, employees can walk to work in approximately 10 - 15 minutes. If the accommodation is farther away, commuting by public transport is required.
Type of employment contract: Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime and Czech temporary protection.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of parts and finished products;
- Assembly and installation of components for braking, fuel, and cooling systems;
- Participation in the production of vehicle window lifting and lowering mechanisms;
- Working on the production line in accordance with established standards;
- Following production procedures, safety regulations, and work instructions.
Additional Information:
- Before starting work, it is necessary to pass a manual dexterity test as well as a written mathematics and logic test;
- Work is performed while standing at a production conveyor line;
- Work clothing is provided;
- Meals must be brought from home;
- A fee of 1000 CZK is required for residence registration, which is necessary for obtaining a visa. The payment must be made during the document processing stage.
