Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 44 years old.
Place of work: Nowy Dwór Gdański.
Salary:
- The salary is 4806 PLN gross per month. The payment is fixed and does not depend on the number of hours worked during a particular month.
Work schedule:
- Rotating work schedule;
- Days off may fall on any day of the week, while Sunday is a working day;
- The standard shift lasts 8 hours and may be extended up to 11 hours on weekends;
- Working hours are scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the shift;
- The schedule is prepared one month in advance and published by the 15th day of each month, allowing employees to plan their time ahead;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime;
- Work is performed only during daytime hours with no night shifts.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 790 PLN per month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees live in apartments;
- Rooms accommodate from 2 to 4 people;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided;
- Couples are provided with a separate room;
- Accommodation is located close to the workplace, about a 5-minute walk away.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing meals according to company standards;
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness at the workplace;
- Serving guests of the establishment;
- Operating the cash register if the employee has a communicative level of Polish.
Additional Information:
- Work is performed only during daytime shifts, with no night work;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge;
- Employees are entitled to 20 days of paid annual leave;
- Health and safety training is provided free of charge;
- Employees receive paid sick leave;
- A discount on the establishment's products is available during the shift, as well as 15 minutes before the shift starts and 15 minutes after it ends;
- The cost of obtaining a sanitary booklet is 350 PLN and is deducted from the salary.
