Candidates: Women up to 55 years old.
City of work: Piekary Śląskie.
Salary:
- 22.69 zł/hour net after the annual gross income exceeds 30,000 zł;
- 25.36 zł/hour net provided that the Pit-2 declaration has been signed and the annual gross income does not exceed 30,000 zł;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under the age of 26 with a valid student certificate.
Work schedule:
- Rotating shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturdays or Sundays;
- Each shift lasts 12 hours;
- Day shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- Night shift from 22:00 to 10:00;
- Average monthly working hours: 200 - 240.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for 400 zł per month, and the cost is deducted from the salary;
- Four people are accommodated in each room;
- The rooms are furnished with standard beds;
- Blankets, pillows, and bed linen are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available;
- Washing machines are available in the accommodation and can be used free of charge.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Work is performed standing next to a production conveyor line;
- The temperature in the production area is maintained between +18°C and +25°C;
- Employees are required to travel to work by public transport, as company transportation is not provided;
- Workwear is provided for the duration of employment. It must be returned upon termination; otherwise, 250 zł will be deducted from the final salary;
- During breaks, employees can take doughnuts free of charge in the canteen;
- A sanitary booklet is issued free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Packing, sorting, and arranging finished products;
- Manual assembly of cardboard boxes;
- Performing simple auxiliary production tasks;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation according to production needs.
