Salary:
- 26.35 zł/hour net, standard rate;
- 32.63 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work is organized on a rotating shift schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as on Saturdays or Sundays;
- Shifts last 8 - 10 hours;
- On average, employees work 200 - 210 hours per month;
- Most shifts are during the day, but night shifts may also be required depending on operational needs. Therefore, it is important to be ready to work at different times of the day.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, so employees must have their own housing;
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own receive an additional 1 zł for each hour worked. For students under 26 years of age, this additional payment is 1.23 zł for each hour worked.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language.
Additional information:
- Work takes place in supermarkets located in the Ursus and Białołęka districts;
- You must have your own comfortable and neat work clothes that are suitable for performing daily duties throughout the shift;
- Commuting to work is by public transport;
- The cost of obtaining a sanitary book is 250 zł, which is deducted from the first salary;
- The cost of obtaining a certificate for operating an electric pallet truck is 250 zł, which is deducted from the second salary.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the cash register and payment terminal;
- Accepting customer payments and issuing receipts;
- Assisting customers, helping them choose products, and providing the necessary information;
- Restocking shelves and monitoring product availability;
- Checking product expiration dates and ensuring price labels are up to date;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized;
- Assisting colleagues with the store's daily tasks.
