Candidates: Women up to 45 years of age.
City of work: Tarnowskie Góry.
Salary:
- 22,68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certification).
Work schedule:
- Work is scheduled six days per week;
- One day off is provided according to the work schedule and may fall on any day of the week;
- The duration of each work shift is 9 hours;
- Working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00;
- Work is performed during day shifts only;
- On average, there are 200 working hours per month.
Accommodation:
- The accommodation cost is 550 zł per month. The accommodation fee is deducted from the employee's salary;
- No compensation is provided for employees who live in their own accommodation;
- Employees are accommodated in apartments;
- Each room accommodates 3 to 4 people.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Accommodation conditions:
- The job is stable and available throughout the year. During the winter season, all work is performed indoors;
- Work is carried out at various sites, and the employer provides transportation to and from these locations;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided to candidates during the onboarding process. The cost is 250 zł. The payment must be made in cash during the onboarding process;
- The employer provides employees with work clothing and safety footwear free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennial plants;
- Preparing the soil for planting;
- Compacting, loosening, and leveling the soil;
- Performing other tasks related to site preparation and landscaping.
