Salary:
The hourly wage for raspberry picking depends on the amount harvested per hour:
- Base rate — 25.50 PLN/hour net;
- 3.05–3.35 kg/hour — 26.40 PLN/hour net;
- 3.36–3.65 kg/hour — 28.80 PLN/hour net;
- 3.66–3.95 kg/hour — 31.20 PLN/hour net;
- 3.96–4.26 kg/hour — 33.60 PLN/hour net.
The hourly wage for blueberry picking depends on the amount harvested per hour:
- Minimum rate — 25.00 PLN/hour net;
- 4.32–4.74 kg/hour — 25.30 PLN/hour net;
- 4.75–5.17 kg/hour — 27.60 PLN/hour net;
- 5.18–5.60 kg/hour — 29.90 PLN/hour net;
- 5.61–6.04 kg/hour — 32.20 PLN/hour net.
Work schedule:
- The work schedule is arranged individually and may change;
- One day off is provided each week and is agreed upon with the supervisor;
- The shift starts at 06:00. Work continues until the daily target is completed;
- Work is performed only during daytime, leaving evenings and nights free for rest.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 300 PLN per month and is automatically deducted from the salary;
- Rooms are equipped with both standard and bunk beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples;
- At the first location, accommodation is provided in residential trailers located next to the plantation. At the second location, near the seaside, accommodation is provided in a hostel close to the workplace.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
