Automotive Seat Production Worker

City of work: Zimna Wódka.
Salary:
- 23.50 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 25.29 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 26.18 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The standard working day is 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- In case of production needs, the working shift may be extended to 12 hours;
- The monthly working time is at least 180 hours.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation on your own, you are eligible for an additional payment of 2 PLN for each hour worked (the availability of this allowance should be confirmed at the office during the registration process);
- The accommodation is located in Strzelce Opolskie;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- Rooms are shared by 2 to 4 people.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling automotive seats according to instructions and on-screen visual guides;
- Installing electrical seat components and bonding the seat cover to the foam;
- Using a scanner and power tools during the assembly process.
Additional information:
- The work is carried out at a modern automated manufacturing facility specializing in the production of car seats for Fiat passenger cars and trucks;
- Before starting work, all employees complete a two-week training program to become familiar with the production processes and their job responsibilities;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is considered an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement for employment;
- The production facility operates with group performance targets that are achieved collectively by the entire team;
- Accommodation is located approximately 7 km from the workplace. A company vehicle is provided for daily transportation to and from work;
- Temporary accommodation in Opole is provided during the document processing period. The cost is 250 zł, and the payment must be made in cash on the day of registration.
