Cable Systems Production Worker

Registration city: Opole.
Salary:
- 22,68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24,47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work is performed 5 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- Employees can choose their work schedule depending on their preferences and productivity;
- During the training period, the working day lasts 8 hours. The training itself takes up to 2 weeks;
- On average, employees work 230 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from your salary);
- If you rent your own accommodation, you will receive an additional 2 zł for each hour worked (please confirm the details at the office during the registration process);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- Rooms accommodate 3 to 4 people;
- You must have your own bed linen.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- The work takes place at a modern factory manufacturing electrical wires and cables for household appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and dishwashers;
- Employees can purchase a meal subscription with cash. The cost is 70 zł for 10 days or 140 zł for 20 days;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so employees must commute by public transport. The cost of the public transport pass is reimbursed;
- Temporary accommodation in Opole is provided during the document processing period. The cost is 250 zł, and the payment must be made in cash at the time of registration.
Responsibilities:
- Operating cable manufacturing machines according to wiring diagrams or production orders;
- Assembling and twisting cables, as well as installing small components on wires of various types and colors;
- Labeling, marking, and packing finished products, working with a scanner, and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
