Orchid Growing and Packing Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Stężyca.
Salary:
- 31.40 PLN/hour gross;
- 31.40 PLN/hour net for students under 26.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays.
- 8-hour shifts.
- Shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, or 16:00–00:00.
- Night shift (22:00–06:00) is rare.
- Overtime is available.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation in Dęblin costs 650 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own receive an additional 1 PLN/hour.
- 2–4 people per room.
- Couples are provided with a private room.
- Distance to work: 8 km.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the Polish language is required.
Additional information:
- Transportation cost is 220 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
- Safety shoes with a protective toe cap are provided. Their cost is 150 PLN (deducted from salary). If preferred, you may use your own safety shoes, provided they meet the required safety standards.
- Attention to detail and careful work are required.
Responsibilities:
- Tying orchids and other flowers to support stakes.
- Caring for plants during the growing and shaping stage.
- Packing finished products.
- Preparing packed flowers for transportation.
