Automotive Headlight Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women up to 58 years of age.
City of work: Chrzanów.
Salary:
- 5036 zł gross per month.
Additional payments:
- 220 zł gross for meeting the production target;
- 210 zł gross for no absences;
- An average of 200 zł gross for working night shifts;
- From 60 to 90 zł gross for working on Sundays and public holidays;
- 34.80 zł gross as compensation for washing work clothes;
- Employees are also entitled to 80% paid sick leave, paid annual leave, and a 20% allowance for night work.
Work schedule:
- Work is carried out from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Work in a four-shift system may be required;
- The average monthly working time is 168 hours.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2 to 4 people live in each room;
- You must have your own bed linen;
- A separate room is provided for married couples.
Type of employment contract: Umowa o pracę.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Operating modern production machines and equipment;
- Monitoring automated production processes;
- Loading components into robotic stations and removing finished products;
- Inspecting the quality of finished automotive parts;
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Additional information:
- Work is performed while standing at modern production machines;
- Before starting work, you must complete simple math tests and a task to identify defective parts in order to assess your attention to detail and readiness for production work;
- The company has vending machines with food and drinks, as well as a cafeteria where you can buy an affordable lunch for approximately 15 zł;
- The temperature at the workplace is maintained at +20 to +25;
- During the registration period, accommodation is provided in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, and the payment must be made in cash during the registration process.
