Auto Parts Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men and couples up to 47 years old.
Work location: Sosnowiec.
Salary:
- 27 PLN/hour net.
- 33.04 PLN/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a valid student certificate).
- Additional performance bonuses of up to 1,500 PLN net per month. The bonus amount depends on individual performance as well as the results of the warehouse, department, and team.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Saturday.
- Shifts of 8–10 hours.
- First shift: 06:00–16:00.
- Second shift: 12:00–22:00.
- Third shift: 20:00–06:00.
- Overtime is available.
- Lunch break: 20 minutes during an 8-hour shift and 30 minutes during a 10-hour shift.
- Average monthly working hours: 170–220.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 PLN/month.
- Employees living in their own accommodation receive an additional 2 PLN for each hour worked.
- Accommodation preparation and reservation fee: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary).
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment.
- 3–4 people per room.
- Separate rooms are provided for couples.
- All sleeping places are equipped with standard single beds.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit.
Additional information:
- The warehouse stores small automotive parts and components. The products are lightweight, so the job does not involve heavy physical work.
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained throughout the warehouse.
- Employees receive work trousers, a T-shirt, a sweatshirt, and safety shoes free of charge. If the employment period is less than 3 months, 300 PLN for the workwear set will be deducted from the salary.
- The medical examination costs 150 PLN and is deducted from the first salary.
- The certificate for operating an electric pallet truck costs 100 PLN and is deducted from the salary.
- Transportation to work is not provided, so employees must commute by public transport. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes on average.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the logistics center.
Responsibilities:
- Order picking.
- Packing goods.
- Quality inspection of products.
- Working with a handheld scanner.
