Work location: Łowicz.
Salary:
- 25.35 PLN net/hour.
- 31.40 PLN net/hour for students under 26 years old.
The hourly rate depends on performance:
- Up to 119% — 25.35 PLN net/hour, 31.40 PLN net/hour for students.
- 120%–139% — 25.82 PLN net/hour, 32.04 PLN net/hour for students.
- 140%–159% — 26.32 PLN net/hour, 32.74 PLN net/hour for students.
- 160%–179% — 26.82 PLN net/hour, 33.43 PLN net/hour for students.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Working day lasts 8–10 hours, from 06:00 to 14:00 or 16:00. The start and end times of the shift may vary depending on the production workload.
- Day shifts only, so nights are free for rest and sleep.
- Average of 168–220 working hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 PLN per month (deducted from salary). The accommodation is located on the company premises, with 6–8 people per room. Improved accommodation is also available for 750 PLN per month, located 2.3 km from the workplace and offering more comfortable living conditions.
- A refundable deposit of 200 PLN is required before moving in. The deposit is returned after one month of work.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card are accepted.
Responsibilities:
- Placing cucumbers into jars.
Additional information:
- The job is available until the end of November.
- Day shifts only, no night shifts.
- The work is performed in a standing position throughout the shift.
- An apron, gloves, and a hair cap are provided. Employees should bring the rest of their work clothes.
- A sanitary book costs 200 PLN (the cost is deducted from salary).
