Pharmaceutical Packaging Production Worker

Candidates: Men, married couples up to 50 years of age.
City of work: Bolesławiec.
Salary:
- 30 zł/hour net — basic rate for men;
- 28 zł/hour net — basic rate for women;
- +2 zł/hour net — additional bonus for consistent attendance and efficient work;
- A higher pay rate is available for students. The final rate is determined after submitting documents from a Polish educational institution.
Work schedule:
- Work is performed 5 - 6 days a week;
- Each work shift lasts 8 hours;
- First shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
- Second shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
- Third shift: 22:00 - 06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 800 zł per month (deducted from your salary);
- Rooms are shared by 2 - 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- The location of the accommodation depends on availability. If it is close to the workplace, you can walk there. If it is farther away, commuting by public transport is available;
- You can move into the accommodation after completing 50 working hours or earlier, but in that case you must pay for the first week of accommodation yourself.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- Before starting work, you must complete a short interview. It may be held either online or directly at the workplace;
- Work is performed while standing at production machines and the conveyor line;
- Before starting work, you must obtain a medical certificate costing 80 zł. Assistance with the process is provided, and the cost will be reimbursed together with your salary;
- During the initial adaptation period, you must have your own workwear. After successfully completing the probation period, the employer provides all the necessary work clothing.
Responsibilities:
Processes for men:
- Operating production machines and equipment;
- Installing and feeding glass tubes onto the production line;
- Monitoring the operation of production machines;
- Monitoring the production process;
- Inspecting the quality of finished products;
- Light material handling within the production area;
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy.
Processes for women:
- Performing auxiliary tasks on the production line;
- Light handling of materials and workpieces;
- Assisting machine operators during the production process;
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy;
- Following production standards.
