Fruit and Vegetable Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Women up to 60 years of age.
City of work: Żabia Wola.
Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work is carried out 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 12 - 14 hours;
- Work is organized on a rotating shift schedule, one week on, one week off;
- Shifts start at 07:00 or 19:00;
- On average, employees work 240 - 270 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month and is deducted from the salary;
- Employees who rent accommodation on their own receive an additional 200 zł for each month worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- There will be 3 people living in each room.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- The temperature in the warehouse is maintained between +13°C and +15°C;
- Warm workwear is provided free of charge;
- Transportation from the hostel to the workplace costs 150 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- A sanitary record book costs 250 zł (deducted from the salary).
Responsibilities:
- Quality inspection of fruits and vegetables;
- Sorting products by variety and size;
- Carefully placing fruits and vegetables into crates;
- Preparing products for shipment;
- Applying stickers and wrapping products with stretch film;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
