Candidates: Women aged 30 to 50 years.
City of work: Spychowo.
Salary:
- 23.80 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 26.50 zł/hour net rate under the Polski Ład program;
- 26.50 zł/hour net for workers under 26 years of age;
- 31.40 zł/hour net, for students under 26 years of age (with a valid student certificate).
Work schedule:
- Work is available up to 7 days a week, with days off arranged individually;
- Work is performed only on day shifts. The shift starts at 07:00 and lasts from 4 to 16 hours depending on the workload;
- On average, you can work 240 - 360 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (the cost is deducted from your salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment near the workplace;
- Rooms are shared by 2 or 4 people.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Additional information:
- The temperature at the workplace is kept at around +18°C throughout the year;
- Before starting work, everyone receives training. You will be shown how to properly harvest mushrooms and sort them by size;
- A work coat and replacement gloves are provided free of charge. You only need to bring your own comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes;
- The job is permanent, so work is available all year round.
Responsibilities:
- Picking mushrooms from shelving racks;
- Sorting mushrooms by size and quality;
- Carefully placing mushrooms into boxes;
- Preparing harvested mushrooms for further packaging;
- Following established mushroom picking standards;
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
