Candle Production Worker

Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Work location: Górki Wielkie.
Salary:
- Women working in the packing department earn 31.40 PLN/hour gross.
- Men working in production earn 32 PLN/hour gross.
- Students under 26 years of age receive the above rates net.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Saturday.
- Saturday shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Standard working day is 8 hours. There is an option to work 12-hour shifts.
8-hour shifts:
- First shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Second shift: 14:00–22:00.
- Third shift: 22:00–06:00.
12-hour shifts:
- First shift: 06:00–18:00.
- Second shift: 18:00–06:00.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 PLN per month, deducted automatically from the salary.
- Workers who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN gross for each hour worked. This bonus is available only to employees living in Bielsko-Biała.
- Accommodation is provided in a private house located in Harbutowice.
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.
- Separate rooms are available for couples.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie (civil contract).
Required documents: Visa-free entry, visa, or residence permit (Karta Pobytu).
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for women:
- Assembling memorial candles (znicze).
- Inserting paraffin inserts.
- Closing the candles with lids.
- Checking finished products for defects.
- Packing finished products.
- Standing work.
Responsibilities for men:
- Producing paraffin inserts using production equipment.
- Loading raw materials into the machines (bags weighing up to 30 kg, approximately once per hour).
- Monitoring production equipment.
- Packing finished products.
Additional information:
- Free transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is provided. Travel time is approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Workers must have their own work clothes and footwear. Closed clothing and comfortable closed-toe sports shoes are recommended.
- The work is performed mainly while standing, so good physical condition and no back problems are required. Men are expected to lift bags weighing up to 30 kg periodically.
- Mobile phones are prohibited during work and must be left in personal lockers. The only permitted jewelry is a wedding ring. Violations of workplace rules may result in fines.
