Crab Stick Production Worker

Candidates: Women up to 45 years old.
Work location: Łozienica.
Salary:
- 26 PLN/hour net – regular rate;
- 32.04 PLN/hour net – for students under 26 years old.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Working shifts last 8–13 hours.
- A 20-minute lunch break is provided, along with additional short breaks of 5–10 minutes.
- The average monthly workload is around 200 hours. Depending on production needs, employees may work between 168 and 260 hours per month.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 PLN per month and is automatically deducted from the salary.
- Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an additional 2 PLN for each hour worked.
- Accommodation preparation and booking cost 100 PLN and are deducted from the first salary.
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment.
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.
- Standard single beds are provided.
- Separate rooms are available for couples.
Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is available with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence permit (Karta Pobytu).
Responsibilities:
- Producing crab sticks.
- Sorting and packing finished products.
- Checking product quality and weight.
- Stacking and transporting finished products to the warehouse.
- Keeping the workplace clean.
- Cleaning the conveyor line during the night shift.
Additional information:
- Before starting work, employees may take part in a factory tour. Due to sanitary regulations, eyelash extensions, manicure or any nail coating, piercings, and jewelry are not allowed.
- Work is performed while standing at the production line.
- The temperature inside the facility is maintained at +15 to +18°C. Several days a week, employees may work in a cold department during the day shift only. Warm workwear is provided for these tasks.
- Meals are not provided. Employees must bring their own lunch, as food cannot be purchased at the factory.
- Medical examination and sanitary booklet are provided free of charge. If employment lasts less than 3 months, 150 PLN for the medical examination and 390 PLN for the sanitary booklet will be deducted from the salary.
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided from Goleniów.
- Workwear and safety footwear are provided free of charge, including a sweatshirt, trousers, rubber slippers, and work boots.
