Clothing Warehouse Worker

Candidates: Men up to 45 years old.
Work location: Konin Żagański.
Salary:
- 26.50 PLN/hour net — standard rate;
- 32.54 PLN/hour net — for students under 26 years old.
Work schedule:
- Work is performed on a flexible schedule.
- Days off are provided according to the schedule and may fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
- Shifts last from 8 to 12 hours.
- Overtime is available after completing the training period.
- Each shift includes a 30-minute lunch break and an additional 20-minute break.
- The average monthly working time is 160–240 hours.
Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation, including transportation to the workplace, is 650 PLN per month.
- If you rent your own accommodation, you will receive an additional 2 PLN for every hour worked. If you use the company transport, the transportation fee is 170 PLN per month and is automatically deducted from your salary.
- Accommodation preparation and booking cost 100 PLN. This amount is automatically deducted from your first salary.
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people.
- The accommodation is equipped with standard comfortable beds.
- Separate rooms are available for couples.
Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenie.
Required documents: Employment is possible with visa-free entry, a visa, or a residence card.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and sorting goods.
- Placing products in designated warehouse locations.
- Loading and unloading goods using transport carts, cages, pallets, or trailers.
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Additional information:
- The medical examination costs 150 PLN. The fee is automatically deducted from your first salary.
- If a forklift operator certificate is required, its cost is 100 PLN and will be automatically deducted from your first salary. If you have a Category B driving licence, the certificate is not required.
- Work clothes and safety shoes are provided free of charge. If your employment lasts less than 3 months, 375 PLN for the set will be deducted from your salary.
