Salary:
The hourly wage depends on the employee's performance level:
- 85.10%–97.00% — CZK 140/hour;
- 97.10%–100.00% — CZK 145/hour;
- 100.01%–105.00% — CZK 155/hour;
- 105.01%–110.00% — CZK 160/hour;
- 110.01%–115.00% — CZK 165/hour;
- 115.01%–120.00% — CZK 170/hour.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts may be required depending on production needs.
- 8-hour shifts.
- Morning shift: 06:00–14:00.
- Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00.
- Night shift: 22:00–06:00.
- Two unpaid breaks are provided during each shift: 20 minutes and 10 minutes.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs CZK 100 per day. Before signing the employment contract, accommodation must be paid by the employee. After the contract is signed, the cost is automatically deducted from the salary.
- Employees who arrange their own accommodation receive a CZK 2,000 bonus for each full month worked.
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel.
- Rooms are shared by 2–3 people.
- Standard single beds are provided.
- If you plan to live with a child, the accommodation fee is CZK 6,500. Children from 11 years old can be accommodated. Before signing the employment contract, the accommodation must be paid by the employee. After the contract is signed, the cost is deducted from the salary.
